I’ve always been someone who sees a need and fills it. Weddings are these beautifully orchestrated events, where every detail is carefully curated. Yet, when it came to couples wanting their dogs involved, there was a major gap. Who would ensure their pup was comfortable, cared for, and seamlessly included in the celebration without adding stress to the couple or their family? That’s where Plus the Pups was born.

The first time I was asked to care for a dog at a wedding, I saw firsthand how much stress it relieved for the couple. They wanted their pup there for portraits and the ceremony, but logistically, it was overwhelming. Between the timeline, the venue restrictions, and ensuring their dog was happy and not overstimulated, they needed someone solely focused on their furry family member. I stepped in, and from that moment, I knew this was something truly special.
